While I was tempted to write an article on gratitude over the week of Thanksgiving, I changed my mind last second. I am a huge believer in the practice of gratitude and very much hope you reread my article from a couple of months ago. As the weather turns colder and the busy, social season approaches, I wanted to highlight the importance of exercise, which can often be overlooked during this time of year.
Given our busy schedules and frequent travel this week, I’m emphasizing home workouts to help us maintain our wellness goals rather than lose progress. In addition to exercise, you can also check out my summer article: Wellness Goals and Travel. The main message is that you can start with next nothing in regard to exercise. Ensure a high likelihood for success and once the habit is established, build on it. This can start with body weight or some simple equipment in your home for 5-15 minutes. If you maintain consistency, in a matter of months you could be regularly visiting the gym! If you haven’t caught the videos this week, check them out below. Enjoy!
