Paige Valentik, MPS, RD, LDN
Registered Dietitian
Paige is a dedicated Registered Dietitian working in the field for 9 years. In the initial phase of her career, she played a pivotal role at a personal training facility in State College, PA. Here, she showcased her entrepreneurial spirit by establishing and evolving their nutrition services. Her focus primarily involved counseling clients with weight management goals and spearheading wellness programs. Transitioning to the clinical side, the latter half of Paige’s career was dedicated to serving as a clinical dietitian in long-term care settings. Recently, she took a bold step, departing from her role in long-term care to embrace a new chapter—teaching a kinesiology course at Penn State University and providing expert nutrition counseling to Happy Valley Wellness Solutions clients.
Paige’s passion for an active lifestyle has been a constant throughout her life, highlighted by her collegiate swimming experience for Penn State. Even today, she finds joy in staying active through workouts, hiking, biking, and reveling in the great outdoors. Paige’s priority is spending quality time with her family and taking care of her two children, Charlotte and Parker, alongside her husband, John.
“My overarching mission lies in empowering others to adopt healthier lifestyles that endure over the long term.”
