John Valentik, MS, CSCS, NASM-PES, CES
Author, Educator & Wellness Professional
With more than 16 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, John is an author, educator, and wellness professional passionate about helping individuals improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through realistic and sustainable lifestyle habits. His background includes conducting over 13,000 sessions while working with a wide range of individuals — from collegiate athletes to older adults focused on improving functionality and quality of life.
John serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Kinesiology Department at Penn State University, where he helps educate future fitness and wellness professionals. He is also the author of Broken, but Breathing: A Story of Heartbreak, Healing, and Hope, a book centered around resilience, wellness, grief, healing, and personal growth.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Paige, and their two children, Charlotte and Parker, along with traveling, staying active, and lifelong learning.

Paige Valentik, MPS, RD, LDN
Educator & Registered Dietitian
Paige is a Registered Dietitian and educator with over a decade of experience helping individuals improve their health through realistic and sustainable nutrition habits. Early in her career, she played a key role in developing and expanding nutrition services at a personal training facility in State College, PA, where she focused on weight management counseling and wellness programming. She later transitioned to the clinical setting, serving as a dietitian in long-term care before beginning a new chapter teaching within the Kinesiology Department at Penn State University and providing nutrition counseling through Happy Valley Wellness Solutions.
A former collegiate swimmer at Penn State, Paige has always valued an active lifestyle and continues to enjoy workouts, hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors. Above all, she prioritizes quality time with her husband, John, and their two children, Charlotte and Parker.
